I am an Industrial designer based in Ireland and currently work for ID consultancy Design Partners. This position involves design work for international clients including Logitech, HP and Palm.

My design aim is to balance creative innovation, attention to detail and clarity. This includes a keen interest in all disciplines of design ranging across 2D and 3D genres.

When working I find many influences in Scandinavian, Japanese, furniture and modernist design. Alvar Aalto, Shigeru Ban, Naoto Fukusawa, the late Maarten Van Severen & the Bouroullec brothers to name but a few.

Previous to my involevement in ID I generated over 6 years experience working in the 2D design industry both for agencies and as a freelance designer. This has resulted in a portfolio of internet and print design work.

When I'm not spending 13 hours a day in the studio I can be found kitesurfing, MTB'ing, snowboarding, kiting, wakeboarding, sailing, surfing and participating in many other mainly water based activities.
